Motel and area with chalets Charlie is located approximately 12 km from Český raj in the village of Kovač, approximately halfway from Jičín to Hořice in Podkrkonoší (direction to Hradec Králové). Accommodation is available in the pleasant environment of a boarding house or in the privacy of ground-floor cottages set in a natural environment with a park setting. In the area of Motel Charlie you will find a romantic, stylish restaurant with excellent cuisine and outdoor seating on a stone terrace.
The total capacity of the accommodation facility is 53 places and it is open all year round, suitable for families with children, groups, weddings and corporate events.

- Next to the outdoor seating area, we opened a children's playground. You can go with children to trips how to visit the surrounding area Prachovské rocks, Castle Kost and other monuments, such as the Hradec Králové Region, or Jičín and the whole Bohemian Paradise. We offer you and your entire families accommodations in magical romantic chateaux, which can be inhabited year. The cottages are set in the countryside and look very romantic. They are also suitable as accommodation for seniors i young couples or of the whole family. You can grill between the cabins. It is at the cottages an indoor outdoor poolwhich is fully available to you and your children. The cottages are in a very quiet part of a small village.

We were looking for a quiet place in nature and Czech paradise we were attracted by the photos – and the reality did not disappoint. 😊 We were accommodated in one of the cottages, everything was clean and practically furnished. What we appreciated the most was the peace and quiet in the area, the evening relaxation on the terrace and the swimming pool, which we used almost every day. We really enjoyed walking around the area – lots of greenery, forests, no noise. Only the communication at the reception was a bit rough, English is difficult to understand, but in the end we always understood each other. Overall, a very pleasant place to relax as a couple. 😊
My girlfriend and I went to Motel Charlie for a long weekend and were surprised at how quiet it was - yet it was just a short walk from... Jičín. The surroundings are beautiful, ideal for hiking, and there is enough space in the area to sit in the evening. We had a room in a motel, everything was clean, the staff was friendly. Bonus? An indoor pool, where we swam in the evening without crowds. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast – classic, but there could be a little more options. Otherwise, a good choice for us, especially for those who want something between a cottage and a guesthouse. 🙂
We chose Motel Charlie for our private celebration and it was an excellent choice. The spacious hall with a dance floor provided the ideal setting for entertainment. The food was delicious and the staff was helpful. The accommodation in the cabins was comfortable and clean. The surrounding nature added a pleasant atmosphere to the celebration. We enjoyed an unforgettable evening.
