• The accommodation provider undertakes to provide accommodation exactly in accordance with the information provided in the presentation of the accommodation facility.
• The lodger must keep information about the object up-to-date and inform visitors in a timely manner about changes and circumstances affecting the services provided.

3. Affiliate partners:
The Kempy-chaty.cz portal is entitled to use data for presentation on the basis of a contract for as an Affiliate partner, including content and photos, on the basis of a contract authorized by the operator with the platform (e.g. Previo, Booking, etc.)

4. Conditions and possibilities of presentation

The operators of Kempy-chaty.cz reserve the right to refuse a presentation order from the operators of areas and objects under the conditions set in the price list, if it conflicts with the interests of other partnerships that have already been established, especially if it is an existing partner from the network affiliate.

5. Termination of cooperation:

• The host can only terminate cooperation with the portal at the end of the prepaid period. The operator is not automatically entitled to extend the presentation for another year.
• The operator is not entitled to receive the same price when extending the presentation for another year. The price is governed by the current price list, unless otherwise stated (see point 4)
• The Kempy-chaty.cz portal can terminate cooperation with the accommodation provider, especially in case of breach of the accommodation provider's obligations.

6. Duplicate Payments and Money Back Guarantees:

• In the event that the operator requests a refund of a duplicate payment, he must do so exclusively within the current calendar month in which the payment was madeAfter this period has expired, the payment is considered binding and is automatically credited towards the extension of the presentation.
• In case of duplicate payment, the presentation is automatically extended.
• The fee for returning a duplicate payment is associated with the administration of CZK 750.

7. Reviews and ratings on the Kempy-chaty.cz portal

• Accommodation operators are prohibited from writing reviews of their own facilities. Such reviews will be removed without notice. In case of repeated attempts to violate this rule, the portal reserves the right to terminate cooperation with the operator.
• The portal reserves the right to edit or supplement the review, especially if it is too short, unclear or taken out of context. The edits are made only for the purpose of clarity and preserving the information value, while the author's assessment is always preserved.

8. Presentation content management and editing rules

• The portal operator allows accommodation facility operators to request access to edit their own presentation on the Kempy-chaty.cz portal.
• All modifications to the presentation content must be in accordance with these terms and conditions, the portal rules, and applicable legislation.
• To the presentation it is not allowed to insert foreign codes, scripts, tracking or third-party advertising elements.

By establishing cooperation, the accommodation provider automatically consents to the use of photographic material and other provided materials for the purposes of promoting the given accommodation on the Kempy-chaty.cz portal and related communication channels (social networks, e-mailing, press materials, etc.).

The content owner does not have the right to request the removal of content if this content was created during the existing cooperation. The license to use the provided materials is irrevocable, non-exclusive and free of charge. Content means materials that have been incorporated into articles, presentations or other marketing outputs.

After the end of cooperation, the provided photo materials will not be used to promote other accommodation or other unrelated content on the Kempy-chaty.cz portal.

 Rules for publishing articles from partners and clients

• Published articles must be thematically relevant to the focus of the Kempy-chaty.cz portal (accommodation, travel, outdoor, equipment, lifestyle, etc.) and also to other related areas that can be naturally linked to the content of the website (e.g. dog equipment related to traveling with a dog, DIY campervan modifications, caravan equipment, hiking clothing, etc.).
• We do not accept articles promoting gambling, casinos, erotica, loans, or other inappropriate fields.
• Articles must be original and have added value for readers. Duplicate or purely promotional content will not be published.
• The maximum number of backlinks in one article is 2-3, and only to sites that do not violate our policies.
