It can accommodate up to 9 guests, with a minimum occupancy of 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace stove, which create a pleasant atmosphere especially during colder evenings. The ground floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and another sleeping area, with a total capacity of 6 beds. Drinking water from the tap directly in the building is a matter of course.

The area consists of a modernized main building, two new, fully equipped five-bed apartments and six wooden, year-round habitable cottages with basic sanitary facilities. Each of the cottages has 3 bedrooms with a total of 14 beds (1x3, 1x5, 1x6). In winter, they are heated by storage heaters. They are equipped with a washroom with hot and cold water and a flushing toilet - both heated by infrared heaters in the winter. On the first floor of the main building there are 13 rooms with 50 beds (2x2, 5x3, 1x4, 3x5, 2x6), the bathroom facilities are shared. On the ground floor there is a dining room with 70 seats, a stocked bar with 36 seats (possibility of using a computer with a fast Internet connection) and a lockable ski storage room. Guests can also use the new infrared sauna, favorable introductory operating conditions. In the dining room, guests have at their disposal a TV, billiards, darts and a new hi-fi sound system (possibility of organizing discos, dance parties, etc.). The bar has a TV, satellite, DVD player and speaker system. The bathroom facilities are upstairs. A swimming pool, a football field, a volleyball court and an outdoor ping-pong table, as well as a children's playground, are available to guests in the complex.
