find the best accommodation

Our favorite campsite, we return every year. All the kids need is a playground, a bit of water and space to run around, and we finally have peace. We like that the area is closed and everything is kind of together – no running across the road or stress. Volleyball is a classic, in the evening we sit by the fire or in a pub and that's it for us.

The cabins are simple, but clean and functional. Sure, it's not a hotel with a wellness area, but we don't want that. We're more looking for a normal campsite with an atmosphere where you feel good and don't have to deal with noise or crowded beaches. The pace here is just right. For us top place in Třeboň, where we can relax and the children won't be bored. And that's actually all.

We set out as a couple with a dog to Lipno and Max was excited from the first day. He just "betrayed" a little - every time the neighbors lit the grill, he would quietly disappear to their house and pretend to live there 😄. The area is quiet, lots of greenery and an ideal space for dogs. The food was good and reasonably priced. It could only have been a few degrees warmer, but we're going again in June. Max is already looking forward to it more than we are 🐶

We go to the Camp every year for a volleyball tournament and we're looking forward to it this year too. We haven't won yet 😄, but that doesn't bother us at all - the atmosphere, the swimming pool and the evening gatherings with the gang are worth it.

During the day, the playground, the heat, the mud and the sand... and then jumping straight into the pool. This mix of sport and water here in the Podkrkonoše Mountains It's just perfect. The camp has enough space so you don't feel cramped, and when the tournament is over, you can have a nice meal in the restaurant or just sit around.

We like that it's natural here, without unnecessary frills. Sports, water, relaxation. Even though we don't have the cup yet, Pecka is a certainty for us every summer - and as long as we play, we will come back. 😄

This is our second time visiting Merlin's Camp with my family and we always enjoy coming back. We have two children and the combination of a comfortable mobile home and the entertainment right next door on the grounds is ideal for us. We like that we can cook for ourselves, but if we don't feel like it, there are restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Communication is also possible in German, which we appreciate, although I admit that it was a bit difficult at times 🙂 But we always managed to communicate without any problems in the end and the staff was nice and tried their best.

We once had a small “family heart attack”. We couldn’t find our son for a while in Excalibur Park and we were already stressed. In the end, we found out that he had been playing hide-and-seek with other children a short distance away from us the whole time – he saw us, but we didn’t see him 🙂 We laugh about it now, but it was a tense few minutes at the time.

Overall, it's a favorite for us campsite in South Moravia – comfortable, safe and, above all, ideal for families with children. We would love to come again.

The campsite has a nice location and quiet surroundings, but it is clear that it deserves more care. The social facilities have seen their best years and the restaurant menu is rather basic. OK for a night's stay, but I would expect better facilities for a longer holiday. In Maletín area  I'll find better accommodations.

To this campsite on the Slapy we are driving regularly for several years and we always like to come back here. It has a great location by the water, a pleasant atmosphere and that classic summer camping peace that is no longer a given these days. Everything important is at hand and you really feel like you are on holiday here 😊

Otherwise, the portions in the restaurant could easily be larger. – my husband complains about it every time 😉 Otherwise, it's a place we like to return to and where we know what to expect.

The plan was simple – to get together, chat, switch off your mind and enjoy a few summer days. Reality? Laughter from morning to night, the sun stronger than we expected, and drinks that tasted suspiciously good 😄. One afternoon we overestimated our own stamina a bit and underestimated the sun's rays, so the evening had slightly blurred contours… but that's exactly what is remembered the most. In the morning, water, shade and long, unhurried breakfasts ensured that. The place has the right atmosphere for a group of friends – no stress, no poses, just summer, relaxation and stories that will stay between us 😉. And yes, we would have gladly given it to on Máchov Lake again... only with a slightly higher SPF factor 😅

A colleague from work recommended the camp to me 3 years ago and since then we have been going regularly at least twice a year. Great activity for the grandchildren, beautiful surroundings and lots of activities in the vicinity.

Last year, our company brought us here for a corporate event and to be honest, none of us really knew what to expect. It was autumn, but still pleasantly warm, so the evenings at the Opatovický pond They had a great atmosphere. A program during the day, relaxation by the water in the evening... and then came the legendary moment 😄
Our boss disappeared for an hour. We were seriously considering whether to hold a vote on the new leadership when he suddenly appeared at a keg of beer, completely calm, as if nothing had happened 🍺😂. Laughter, peace, no stress – exactly what you want from a corporate event.

Overall, we liked the campsite so much that we are planning to come here again this year, this time privately – for a summer vacation with our family and our dog 🐶. The setting by the pond is ideal for relaxation, but at the same time you have everything at hand. If you are looking for a place where you can combine work, fun and then family well-being, this is the right place 🙂.

My wife and I have been going to Oravice with our campervan for a few years now and we always enjoy coming back. It is not a "sparkly resort", but a place where things work naturally. The owners are cool, if something needs to be solved, they solve it. The service for caravans is sufficient and most importantly - it is quiet here. In the evening, you can only hear nature and the wind from the mountains, not the disco next door 🙂

We like to get out of the car in the morning and go straight to the mountains or the thermal baths. For us, it's such a certainty - we know what to expect, and that's exactly why we keep coming back. This place doesn't pretend to be luxurious, but it has an atmosphere that's disappearing these days.
