You will find them in a quiet part of Kobylnice near Lipno nad Vltavou, surrounded by a forest and with a great view of the lake. Frymburk and Lipno are within easy reach, whether you come for a long weekend or a longer holiday. In summer, swimming, cycling and trips, in winter, skiing and cross-country skiing - you set the pace yourself. The Sandra cottage offers two separate apartments with their own entrance, together for up to 10 guests. Each apartment has cozy bedrooms for 4-5 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath or shower, a covered terrace and there is also children's equipment. Parking right next to the property is of course free. The Sára cottage is also about comfort - spacious apartments with a separate kitchen and living room, terrace or balcony, garden with seating, barbecue, children's playground and Wi-Fi connection. In winter, you can run straight from the cottage to the ski slope, in summer, you can rent a boat and go out on the water. Simply Lipno, as it should be - full of experiences and relaxation.

Nová Pec Holiday Resort is located in the picturesque village of Nová Pec, which lies in the heart of Šumava, one of the most beautiful national parks in the Czech Republic. This location is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and cycling. The resort is situated close to the Austrian border, allowing easy access to other attractive destinations, such as the Hochficht ski resort, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Nová Pec Holiday Resort offers accommodation in modern and comfortably furnished apartments that are ideal for families, couples and individuals.

We offer accommodation in a holiday cottage with eleven beds. There are three bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, television. The building has a garden with swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue and seating. Parking is provided on the plot next to the cottage.

Apartments Nad Rybníky is located in the village of Hůrka. Just 350 meters from the Lipno Dam, it features a seasonal outdoor pool, self-catering apartments and a car park. The apartments feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

Apartment Pohoda u Lipno is located right next to the Lipno reservoir, 30m from the beach. The accommodation is strategically located so that those of you who are looking for good food, coffee and entertainment for yourself and your children, but also lovers of peace, who can go directly along the cycle path to the other side of the dam (there are not so many tourists occupied). The apartment offers a beautiful view from the balcony directly on the Lipno water area. It offers accommodation for 4 people in one bedroom. The apartment is located in Lipno nad Vltavou and offers a terrace and mountain views. The Lipno Express ski lift is around 700m from the apartment.

The cottage by the forest, just 2 km from the Lipno Dam, is an ideal place for a summer holiday full of swimming, water sports and cycling trips. In winter, you will appreciate the proximity of ski areas and cross-country skiing trails. The property offers two separate units - a lower apartment for up to 10 people and an open attic for another 8 guests with the possibility of extra beds. In total, up to 22 people can comfortably stay here. There is WiFi, social facilities and an outdoor jacuzzi, where you can relax after a day full of activities. In the garden you will find a grill, a fireplace and plenty of activities for children - a trampoline, a slide, swings and a sandbox. Athletes will appreciate table tennis, basketball hoop or darts, and mushroom pickers and hiking enthusiasts will find their way in the surrounding forests.

You will miss absolutely nothing in this holiday complex. Guests especially praise the cleanliness, facilities and beautiful views of the Lipno Sea. Lipno Lake Resort is a recreational area with comfortable apartments in Lipno. The luxury apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, several bedrooms, a private sauna, and a terrace overlooking Lake Lipno. Some apartments are specially equipped for families with children. These family-run Lipno apartments are right next to the Lipno Ski Lift, close to the unique attractions of the Lipno Treetop Trail and the Lipno Forest Kingdom and the Lipno Lake Beach.

Pension U Kukačků is located in Horní Planá, a short distance from the banks of the Lipno reservoir. The entire area of ​​the guesthouse is surrounded by greenery and offers rooms with a terrace. You will find facilities for children, horse riding and free Wi-Fi. All accommodation units are furnished in bright colors and equipped with a seating area and a TV.
